Raffle''Dollar Bill delayed plane flights, that no one played?
Few years ago, I was on a flight American Airlines from San Jose to Las Vegas, and we had to wait "on track" for about an hour before takeoff. To help pass time, flight attendants, said we were going to play a game. All those wishing to participate is a $ 1. Each of us wrote our seat numbers our invoice. An assistant collected all the tickets in a bag, and then had a child pulls a bill from the bag. The person whose seat number was written on bill that won all accounts! 
Since then, I have asked several people (who fly more often than I) about the dollar bill "raffle" but nobody has played this game on a delayed flight or a flight for that matter! I wonder if it is exclusive to American Airlines, or maybe it's only to flights going to Las Vegas? Anyhoo, I have curious if anyone here on Yahoo has heard of this game, and / or played?
Never, but it seems like a great way to make a bad situation, as a delayed flight, the better.
