Yes, do a lot of rights. Go to customer service desk or call the airline directly at toll free number and tell them what is happening. Usually the people who answer the calls are a bit rude and snobish I therefore recommend that you ask the guy who happens to their immediate supervisor. Normally you will want to know why why: everything you need to do is to doubt something, and that only they (the supervisors) can answer your questions.
